For 9 years, the Yoga For Hope team has brought hope and light to our community! Thank you for another amazing event. Thank you to all our volunteers who worked long before the event itself and all day Saturday.  Thank you to everyone who came out to participate and to all their sponsors who pledged money towards this great day.  Thank you again everyone and we look forward to seeing you all again next year. 

Once again, the Kitchener Rangers Lavender Stick auction was last Friday and they hosted HopeSpring (and our Executive Director, Catherine Young). We want to thank them again for their continued support.  It is community support like this that makes what we do so much easier.
