HopeSpring is thrilled to announce a partnership with Sumac Non-Profit Software (www.sumac.com) for a new database to help us better manage our programming and donations. We expect to have the new database running in the next few weeks. However, this means that donation receipts will be delayed. All 2011 Tax Year receipts will be mailed by the end of February. We will start processing and mailing 2012 receipts as quickly as possible. After our new database is up and running, we will be able to offer annual receipting - you can get one receipt for all your donations at the end of the year, instead of individual ones through the year. Help us save paper, postage, and your time! Let us know if you would like us to hold your receipts until December.

If you would like to donate now and need a tax receipt immediately, we encourage you to donate online through CanadaHelps.org, which will email you your tax receipt as soon as your payment is finalized. Donations mailed in or dropped off may take 4-6 weeks to process at this time.
