Gentle Exercise
Exercise programs are designed to be gentle and attentive to the special needs of those affected by cancer treatments. Our facilitators are all certified and experienced. We always encourage individuals to work at their own pace, and listen to the needs of their own bodies. These classes offer a stronger body and a more peaceful mind.
View our Program Calendars for current program schedules and locations. Before beginning an exercise program, we recommend speaking with your health care provider.
