Group Support
Our sessions take place in a confidential, helpful, and compassionate environment. People are encouraged to share at the level they are comfortable with. Members learn from our trained facilitators and each other. You are not alone.
Caregiver Support Group
This program will explore fundamental approaches to relieving work and emotional stress. Caregivers will learn how to prevent burnout through self-care and will learn self-protection techniques and enhanced resiliency during difficult situations.

Leukemia Support Group
The Leukemia Support Group gives participants an opportunity to share their feelings, thoughts, and concerns regarding life affected by Leukemia.
Discussions take many forms, and can address symptoms and problems associated with Leukemia. Participants can talk about treatments, side-effects, and celebrate positive outcomes.
Members are encouraged to participate in whatever way feels right for them. Everything shared is held in strictest confidence. The atmosphere is welcoming and casual.

Moving Forward
Life after treatment bring a new set of challenges and circumstances. Changes in self-image and relationships, conflicting emotions, on-going anxiety, family expectations and the demands of returning to daily routines can be overwhelming.
This support group explores the issues and challenges of getting on with life after cancer treatment ends. There will be opportunities to develop new coping skills and gain support from others who are learning to live a full and enriched life with the "new normal".

Parents of "Children with Cancer"
This peer support program is a safe and respectful support community. Parents are invited to explore the impact of their children's cancer on their lives. Parents of children affected by cancer face some issues that are specific to them and may not be addressed in groups that provide support to participants who care for adults with cancer.
Some examples of these issues include: outings, health care work security, other community resources available, siblings, infection risk, and navigating the medical system.

Prostate Cancer Support Group
The PCSG provides both patients and their partners or other caregivers with an opportunity to meet to talk about the impact of the diagnosis.
Areas of discussion may include emotions and fears associated with cancer, its disruption to one's life, the impact of cancer on the family, concerns for the future, and how to cope with treatment and side effects.
Many people join the group when they are first diagnosed. Others begin to attend when they are in treatment - or even some weeks or months after.

Support group for women with cancer. Share your concerns, ask questions and gain support and strength
