 Word Play, Poetry and Reflections Join us for the narrative and engage your "write" brain. Each week you will be assigned one poem to read from Maya Angelou's The Complete Collected Poems. The following week during class we will begin with relaxing breathing exercises and discussion around this week's poem, then it is your turn to write your reflections on the assigned intentions that relate to one of the seven chakras.
