Power Flow Yoga

This coping skills program is a gentle form of yoga, specifically tailored to those affected by cancer, their caregivers and family members. Power Flow Yoga focuses on generating and maintaining the balance between health and wellness. Using creative stretches and deep breathing, this program is personalized based on experience and skill. This program is suited for all members, regardless of experience and skill.
