Topic: Basic Needs of Every Mourner

Living with Loss offers a safe space to connect with other people who are grieving, to share your thoughts and feelings and to hear new perspectives and coping strategies. This group is for adults 18+.

Each group explores a different theme such as:

• Am I grieving normally?
• Coping with special days
• Changing relationships

The open group format means that no registration is required. You are welcome to join us at any stage of your grief journey, and attend as often or as little as you would like.

All our programs are free of cost.
