At HopeSpring, I provide 1-hour Reiki sessions in-person at 54 Benton St., Kitchener or via a phone call. My program is designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing process. Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing technique where I channel calming energy through light touch or hovering hands, helping to ease pain, fatigue, and emotional tension.

Each session is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and receive supportive care—where you are guided to feel more balanced, grounded, and at peace.

Reiki is an ancient healing technique. It is a treatment in which healing energy is channeled from the practitioner to the patient who is sitting or lying quietly to enhance energy and reduce stress, pain and fatigue. Reiki is a simple procedure, consisting of calm and concentrated touching, with the practitioner focusing on healing and giving energy to specific areas on the receiver's body.
