Art Therapy with Heather

This program is designed to support people's emotional and well-being and their lived experience with cancer using the creative process of art-making.

Registration is required.

Meet Heather:
Heather Caruso is an art therapist from Guelph, Ontario. She graduated from the Vancouver Art Therapy Institute and from the University of Toronto with a double major, in psychology and art and art history. She is an active professional member of the Canadian Art Therapy Association. She has a private art therapy practice in Guelph but also is a facilitator for a few art-based mental health initiatives. Heather’s philosophy is to embrace each person’s authenticity and respect their unique lived experience. She promotes creativity, mental and emotional well-being through art-making and by holding a safe space to create and share. For more information visit https://arttherapyguelph.com.		Location: Zoom
