Programs

In the time of COVID-19 we have made adjustments to many of our programs. Many of our programs have transitioned to be delivered on using Zoom. To attend our sessions, please register in advance. We kindly ask you to only register for those classes you know you can attend. As a non-profit, this will allow us to be more efficient with our limited resources.

All relaxation appointments, Water Yoga, Puddle Jumpers and Art Expression sessions are paused.
