Though traditionally performed while standing, most of the slow, gentle movements are easily adapted for members who find it necessary to remain seated because of illness or injury. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice by cancelling through your appointment confirmation email or by emailing us at volunteer@hopespring.ca so we can assist you. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible, as many of our programs have waiting lists. Late cancellations or missed appointments can delay support for other members who are eager to participate. |
