Encore Fall 2018 Session Speaker - Mary Haggarty
OfflineENCORE is a FREE exercise and education program designed specifically for women who have experienced mastectomy, lumpectomy or breast reconstruction surgery at any time in their lives. Based around floor and pool exercises and relaxation techniques, ENCORE is safe, fun and therapeutic.

Mary Haggarty, certified Laughter Yoga Leader
Mary comes to the Encore program with decades of public speaking experience through her work at her alma mater, the University of Guelph. Her post graduate studies in Recreation Management for Older Adults have taught her to approach Laughter Yoga with an open and loving heart. In addition to Encore, Mary is a regular Laughter Yoga facilitator for the HopeSpring Cancer Support Centre in Cambridge and KW. She has a proven track record of improving the quality of life for her clients.
It’s not necessary to know yoga for this informative and interactive program. Incorporating yoga breathing with laughter is fun AND uplifting. "Scientific studies have shown that your brain cannot be sad and happy at the same time" says Mary.
