Self-Care for Patients and Care Partners

It is not unusual for lymphoma patients and their care partners to focus on the treatment given by their oncology team at the expense of self-care before, during, and after treatment. At this meeting, Shawn Sajkowski will lead a discussion of how you can also focus on yourself, nourishing both the mind and body through relaxation techniques, stress management, nutrition and sharing.

Come and share your thoughts on what patients and care partners can do to help themselves and their partners meet the lymphoma challenge head on.
