Christopher Higgins About

Christopher Higgins, founder, CEO, and lead mindfulness instructor at The Peace of Mindfulness Centre, has been teaching mindfulness-based solutions, including meditation practices, internationally for almost a decade. Christopher embodies mindfulness in all aspects of his life, practicing, discussing, and teaching mindfulness and meditation daily.

He holds a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher’s Certificate from the University of California’s Greater Good Science Center and has pursued laughter yoga training with Laughter Yoga International and The Laughter University.
