This workshop is a gentle introduction to grief and bereavement. Grief often seems overwhelming and unbearable. No two people are alike in grief. We all struggle to understand ourselves and the world around us in the face of profound loss. This workshop will cover the emotional, mental, physical, spiritual and social aspects of grief. Everyone is welcome to attend.
