Relaxation   Pilar Gardeazabal Pilar has expereinced first and the effects of cancer, losing both her parents to the disease. She along with her siblings navigated the journey of caregivers while balancing all other aspects of life. She also had a personal battle with thyroid cancer. Support for her and her family, at the time was non-existent. Having lived through the need for support as a caregiver as well as a cancer patient/survivor, Pilar wants to be part of the team that supports our community members. Pilar is a registered Reiki Master/Practitioner with the Canadian Reiki Association and owner of Whispering Moon Healing Sanctuary in Elmira, Ontario. She has her master certification in Usui Reiki, Animal Reiki and Karuna OM Reiki Practitioner Level 2. Pilar is currently training in Core Shamanic Healing, and is working towards her Master Certification in Karuna OM Reiki. | Distance Reiki Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction.
