![]() ![]() ![]() About Vani and Kris of Lotus Meditation Kris and Vani began meditating almost 25 years ago in Toronto and quickly discovered the wonderful benefits meditation has to offer. It has helped them find relief from stress and anxiety as well as experience inner satisfaction, happiness and peace. They moved to KW over 15 years ago and opened Lotus Meditation where they teach and facilitate meditation sessions. In accordance with the time-honoured teachings of meditation, all of their programs are free of charge They enjoy working with many people in the KW community who aim to make the world a better place by serving and helping others. Their goal is to give the tools needed to add a simple and enjoyable meditation practice to your life in a relaxed, friendly & comfortable atmosphere.
| About Mantra Meditation We're excited to invite you to a wonderful evening of mantra meditation on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm! This event will be led by the incredible Vani and Kris, who are both experienced practitioners and will be sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm for the practice with all of us. Mantra meditation is a powerful way to connect with your inner self, find peace and clarity, and reduce stress and anxiety. It's also a wonderful opportunity to come together as a community and support each other in our journeys towards greater well-being and self-awareness. So please join us for this special event, and let's create an uplifting and joyful atmosphere together. We can't wait to see you there! As an added perk, Vani and Kris are offering a meditation bead kit for those interested. If you'd like to receive a kit, simply reach out to them to make arrangements for pick up. You can send your request to relax@lotusmeditation.ca. Please note that the kit is optional and not required to attend the meditation classes. About Mantra Meditation
In these sessions, we will practice 3 easy, effective and enjoyable methods of mantra meditation using breath, beads and music (kirtan) to bring peace and happiness to our heart and minds. These sessions are perfect for beginners as well as long time practitioners of meditation, no experience is required.
