 | Gentle Flow and Let Go Yoga A balanced practice with a combination of 60 mins yoga flow where you will be guided through a slow-paced sequence of yoga asanas for greater body-awareness and proper alignment, and 30mins Yin practice - a therapeutic approach that involves holding each pose for 3-5mins with support of props for deep stretch of your muscles, releasing tension in your mind and body. | ||||||||
 Ahn Chu Anh took an interest in Yoga about 10 years ago, and has been a keen practitioner for the last 5 years. She completed her 280hr Teacher Training in 2016, with training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot Yoga and Yin/Restorative. With a strong background in anatomy and physiology as a researcher in musculoskeletal science, Anh is committed to help others use yoga to improve their physical and mental health. She believes yoga is personal journeys, and she is honored to walk with others in their path to holistic wellness. She promotes a well balance yoga experience through a connection between physical movement and breathing techniques. | Yoga (Hatha & Yin combination) - Intermediate Level Registration required.
