| About Mantra Meditation In these sessions, we will practice 3 easy, effective and enjoyable methods of mantra meditation using breath, beads and music (kirtan) to bring peace and happiness to our heart and minds. These sessions are perfect for beginners as well as long time practitioners of meditation, no experience is required. This is a community partnership with Lotus Meditation. Note: Vani and Kris are providing you with meditation beads, please ask how you can receive your very own set, but are not necessary to participate in these sessions.
