Jordan Kitchen

Hi! I am honoured to become a member of the this community. I graduated from McGill University in 2022 with a degree in sustainability. I love to travel, meet new people, hang out with my doges, read, and go to workout classes. 

I have had many friends and family members affected by cancer. Seeing them go through a journey this made me want to help, but I didn't know how. After recently becoming  yoga certified, I realized this help could come from the practice of yoga and community. I love to incorporate slow movements and poses into my classes that really help with relaxation and deeper stretching. I enjoy the physical benefits yoga offers, but also really focus on the mental aspsect.
