Bhangra, is a folk dance originally danced at the time of harvest and music of the Punjab (northwestern India and northeastern Pakistan) along with the popular music genre that emerged from it in the mid-to-late 20th century.
The dance is a great stress buster and has the health benefits of a cardio workout – helps you burn calories, enhances heart function and increases stamina.
